TradeWarrior, Inc. was founded by investment advisors with the idea of bringing better software to the financial services industry. We were frustrated by the lack of intuitive or affordable rebalancing software in the industry, so after an exhaustive search we decided to scratch our own itch and build TradeWarrior. We’ve created TradeWarrior from the ground up to meet the everyday trading needs that advisors face. Our team of experienced investment professionals and software engineers is constantly refining and enhancing TradeWarrior, a portfolio rebalancing (portfolio optimization) program for the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) market. TradeWarrior is the product of years of in-depth research on portfolio rebalancing. It offers all investment advisors the opportunity for powerful portfolio management tools at a reasonable price.

Damon Deru: Founder/CEO
Damon Deru is a graduate of the University of Utah where he received his B.S. Degree in Finance. His background and experience is in the financial services industry where he worked as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). One of his primary responsibilities was investment research and trading responsibilities for over 600+ households, and managing and maintaining the databases and other information technology (IT) needs. It was in this role where the idea of a customizable robust portfolio rebalancing system was born. Damon has since relinquished his role as an RIA to found TradeWarrior, Inc. and commercialize and develop TradeWarrior for the RIA marketplace.
Ryan Sullivan: Co-Founder/CTO
Ryan Sullivan is a graduate of Weber State University, where he received his B.S. Degree in Computer Science, with an emphasis in Software Engineering and a minor in Electrical Engineering Technology. Ryan has over 8 years experience in engineering .NET application, ranging from 3D measuring software for aircraft parts to Residential and Commercial Construction inspection services. Ryan has served as a Software Engineering consultant to several small to medium size companies to either start their development processes or to provide Software Engineering services.
Glade Francis: Web/Marketing/Operations
Glade is a graduate of Weber State University, with a degree in accounting of all things. He works full time as a Contracting Officer for the Air Force. Every minute of his free time is spent working here at TradeWarrior Inc, and supporting his own technology and marketing company. Glade wears a few hats for us, including web development, marketing, writing, and operations support. Glade also holds an MA in Information Technology Management. Glade is the guy under the hood making sure TradeWarrior headquarters runs smoothly. Glade is also working on his own little software project over at www.trailmaphq.com, where he is trying to help government contractors manage programs efficiently.
